I have a step by step pipeline for OTUs with vsearch plus qiime1 and another for ASVs with qiime2-dada2 plus qiime1 as above. I think most is easily installed There are a couple of in house shell scripts that I could also send you if you think you will use it

Hi Trina. I use one of our papers on classes and I have made a subset if the data I used in a class if that might interest you. It’s on lichens symbionts comparing marine and terrestrial but no environmental data though. Cheers
No, the world has not breached the 1.5C global warming target.
It’s a climate target - which means it’s an average that must be sustained over at least a decade.
We currently sit at 1.2 C. Which is already very bad.
The science is clear: every bit of warming matters, every action matters.
Went back and read some of @caitjgibson.bsky.social's coverage of Gabriela Miller's death a decade ago. Didn't realize the original 2014 legislation took money from campaign funding and put it toward childhood cancer research.
