Wanted to put together a 2025 in review, but I don't think I've been drawing enough to fill it out... Will keep looking but rest assured, it's something I intend to remedy this year. 😄

With the retransformation finally made official, I thought it would be cool to share before & after images of my first two esk. I feel like their designs and my artistic skills have both come a long way!

Agh! The cup is overflowing with ideas and I have 0 time and energy to act on them. Oh, to have a long weekend or something...

Started on a new long-term project on TWWM, inspired by a staff member's similar project 🙂 The goal is to roll dice for every hundred esk on the masterlist and then draw them. This is my first batch.

Not sure how far I will get through the over 8,000 esk, but I will try to do them all!

We'll see – last time I tried to visit, I took a wrong turn and got stuck in the Tenth Dimension for a week. 🙄

Been badly wanting to go for a swim, so I painted this one to let off that energy. Maybe I can hit the beach once the weather gets good. Any day now...

Slowly dipping my toes back into drawing pictures; the well is very dry at the moment but I will never get sick of drawing Evo 🥰

Without revealing too much, I made a couple of (good!) life changes shortly after my holiday which came with a lot of work. Most of my hobbies had to take a back seat for a month or two while I figured it all out 🌞

Still alive, just haven't been drawing much since Art Fight. I did knock out a series of pictures for TWWM which has helped me get back into the swing of things, so we'll see what happens next...

Well, picked my team for Art Fight. Now to forget about it until I'm back from my trip 😂

This is a fursona I helped a dear friend to design. It was so much fun, I love the way it's turned out and in particular I really enjoyed drawing the droopy mouth. I'm honoured to have been able to help them!

Most of the art I've been up to has been literature for TWWM, which I am definitely not posting to Bsky, but it's gotta go up on my dA either way.

So, update on those art projects... uhh, been playing a lot of Spyro recently 😅 Spyro 3 is actually quite fun when you can beat it in one sitting, turns out.

(The projects are still ongoing, of course, just pacing myself a Lot now that I'm otherwise not busy all June.)

Accidentally signed myself up to three somewhat intensive projects that I need to have done by the end of the month 😅 Should help keep me busy, at least.

Was going to keep my Bsky more to my furry art, but I might go ahead and share some TWWM work as well, since that's most of what I've been doing at the moment. I just gotta wait for my new guy to become official ☺️

Here's a picture I drew of my new Neopet a few weeks back. His name is syk3s and I love him ♥

He was initially meant to be colour-changing, but the thermochromic pigment I have doesn't activate until it reaches 31C... It doesn't get hot enough here, I'd hate for him to be cold forever 😭

Well, I broke out the clay again, and made this dapper fellow for @ughitstyler.bsky.social for his birthday 😄 I'm really happy with how he turned out and doubt this will be the last sculpture I make for gifts this year.

A bit more abstract than what I'm used to, but I did this one last weekend to test a kind of cool idea I had at work. I quite liked how it turned out and think it has great potential, so will probably pocket it for other projects in the future 😁

Keep wanting to do some art but life keeps life-ing 😔 Sunk around 10 hours into my current project, with any luck I can find some more time on the weekend.

I don't, and I don't even know what a PostyBird is 😅 But that's fine, posting something and coming back four hours later has been working fine so far.
