In other news, this has all been very concerning for Phoebe, who is certain our tiny friend was meant to be a snack. Now she's back to having Mom's attention all to herself.

And baby has been placed with a foster who specializes in caring for young kittens. Godspeed, smol bean. You are adorable and with quickly find your forever home. ❤️

Looks like we may be temporarily taking care of a 4-week-old kitten a friend found in the middle of the freeway. All the rescues are requiring that you leave a message to communicate with someone. Good thing I have experience with bottle babies.

Another piece I managed to do in a very short time frame. I'm currently hunting for the right frame for it, but it is a little bit of an awkward size.

So I did manage to finish this one in time to bring it to the person it was being made for. It was a pretty ambitious piece, so I'm proud of myself for getting it done. 😊

@urzamtg.bsky.social and I have gone to Emo Bingo twice and proceeded to (so far) win a total of five pairs of concert tickets different bands.

That's five and counting, 'cause we are only halfway through with tonight's bingo night and already have tickets for Lagrimas and Bad Cop/Bad Cop.

So, I taught myself how to make homemade potato chips a few weeks ago. I've since made multiple batches for various events. It is pretty easy, with one step that needs to be a bit more precise than the rest. And every time I've made them, folks have had compliments. So I'm feeling good about that.

Been working on this piece for the last couple of months. Im not confident I'll have it completed by the time I wanted it to be as it is a very ambitious project, but I am happy with it so far despite it being only around 50% done.

😂 Nah, just put light pressure on the site with a gauze pad while pulling it out. It's not a big deal, but it definitely wasnt supposed to be left in.

Got home from the hospital today after a quick outpatient procedure.

It took me about an hour to realize I still had the IV in my arm because I was wearing an oversized hoodie when I left the hospital.
