International Women's Day 2026, (with all that's going on in the world), is a good day to remember the "suffragette spirit", & in particular Irish suffragette Mary Maloney who, in 1908 every day for a week, followed Churchill to his public engagements & rang a bell to disrupt him each time he spoke.
