When all is said and done, I think there will be 3 stories emerging from last night:

1. Turnout. Remarkable for an off-off-year

2. "Republican." The word was poison up and down the ballots

3. Enthusiasm. The Dems are PUMPED. (They better figure out their leadership issues before the midterms)

My other half and her daughter won local elections for inspector of elections and judge of elections respectively.

What's remarkable about the local results Is that if you pull up county results and look at numbers for all the races, it seems like the word "Republican" on a ballot was pure poison.

A good night for the good guys.

My other half works the polls here in Southeast Pennsylvania... It's a long day... Local Democrats bought the poll workers lunch and dinner; local Republicans bought nothing.

Serious question:

Trump threatening the withholding of federal funds to NYC if Mamdani gets elected is clearly intended to influence tomorrow's outcome significantly more than just an endorsement.

Does it rise to the legal definition of ... voter intimidation? Election tampering?
