Radical self-awareness creates space between stimulus and response. In that space lies your freedom to act with intention, not from old patterns
Example:
You feel triggered in a conversation. Instead of reacting, pause and ask:
- What am I feeling? (Anger, fear, shame?)
- What belief is driving this? (Iβm not being heard?)
- Is this belief true?
This simple practice shifts you from autopilot to conscious choice
The Practice:
1οΈβ£ **Pause & Observe:** Notice your thoughts and feelings in real-time.
