A red orange graphic with large text reading “Protecting Data Privacy Has Broad Bipartisan Support” Below there is smaller text reading “92% of Massachusetts voters support banning the sale of personal location data”

Voters overwhelmingly agree: Using a cellphone shouldn’t require you to give up your privacy.

Take action and demand lawmakers protect us by passing strong, enforceable privacy law: mobilize.aclum.org/a/pass-enfor...

Your sensitive personal information should not be mined for profit. To protect our privacy, safety, access to abortion and other essential health care, Massachusetts needs to pass a strong, enforceable privacy law.

Your data should be nobody's business.

We need strong data privacy protections that

(1) Ban the sale of our sensitive data
(2) Limit the collection and use of data
(3) Are backed by strong enforcement

Under current law, tech companies and data brokers are free to collect, analyze, store, and sell our most personal data for profit. And they are doing it every day.

We need a 21st century privacy law in Massachusetts to protect us all from harm.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem out, Trump says She will be replaced by Sen. Markwayne Mullin, Trump said Thursday.

Secretary Noem's legacy is one of racial profiling, abuse by ICE and CBP, free speech violations, and more.

While she is leaving DHS, the anti-immigrant policies devised by White House aide Stephen Miller aren't. Congress must remain firm and deny funding to DHS until they truly rein in ICE.

Tell Congress: No Unconstitutional War with Iran The president’s reckless decision to bomb Iran without bothering to ask for congressional approval is a clear constitutional violation that puts us all in danger. The time to act is now.

The Constitution makes it clear that only Congress can declare war, but President Trump seems to think that doesn't apply to him.

Tell Congress to stop his unconstitutional war with Iran before more people are killed.

Our clients are Harvard Medical School doctors whose work was scrubbed for containing the words "LGBTQ" and "transgender."

Our settlement means their critical research on suicide risk and endometriosis cannot be removed again.

BREAKING: We reached a settlement that requires the Trump administration to permanently maintain medical research that had been erased on a government website.

Delgado-Garcia’s death must lead to meaningful change in the State Police - The Boston Globe Criminal charges shine a light on academy’s training practices.

To know what went wrong and how things spiraled out of control requires a level of detail not yet provided.

It’s critical, for example, to determine not just who should be prosecuted but who should never be in a position of authority at the academy ever again.

👏👏👏 Thank you, Governor! Massachusetts is closer to ending debt-based driving restrictions!

This unfair practice takes drivers licenses from people simply because they can't afford to pay fines and fees.

We urge lawmakers to take up these proposals and ensure drivers can continue to earn a living.

NEW: A federal immigration judge ruled that there was no lawful basis for our client, Rümeysa Öztürk, to be deported.

This is promising news, but her case is still ongoing in federal court. We’ll keep fighting until she's free for good.
