I was captivated by this painting! This little girl is the spitting portrait of my wife when she was a child, or of my second daughter, 15 years ago ! I don't know if it's the physical resemblance or something else about them that makes me recognize them... Very unsettling.

This must be why I so often get the urge to punch the wall these days.
