My Husband is the epitome of love and kindness. Today, at his lunch, he surprised me with flowers and a charcuterie board with chocolate covered strawberries and brie.

Ended Valentine's Day with a high-energy workout alongside my hubby and David - feeling invigorated and grateful!

Tonight's Fighter Practice was exhilarating! I was inspired by the diverse range of fighters, from Heavy to Fencers, and I had the opportunity to hone my fencing skills with a new opponent. Meanwhile, my husband captured some great photos of me in action.

As we step into this new year, my husband and I have taken a significant step towards our wellness journey by joining a gym.
