Writing update:

I received my editor's notes for DEMONS' NEST (the sequel to CITADEL) a couple of weeks ago and am about halfway through revisions. They want it back by March 9th. Still don't have a release date, but the edits are getting smaller, which is a great sign!

There's a really great book called THE HEMINGSES OF MONTICELLO by Annette Gordon-Reed. Goes through the whole family. It's how I learned that Sally was Martha Jefferson's HALF-SISTER. (Martha's dad ALSO enjoyed raping slaves, and the result was Sally.)
