I didn’t even think of it that way but that’s so true.

I love the way my therapist allowed my body to choose which memories needed processing and healing. It felt so wise, to allow the body to trust itself. 💗💗

I did EMDR for 2 years and while we didn’t speak specifically on Spirit it really felt like we were constantly working w Spirit. My therapist kept telling me “the brain wants to heal.” But it also felt guided spiritually, the healing.
