I was so hopeful after last season, but this season has shown that for all the data and analytics showing he was the man for the job, pressure tells, and when you’re at the top it’s about character and composure.

During that match we had our own players debating where they should be positionally.
The performance was shocking, defensively inept, comically weak in midfield and invisible up top.
The players aren’t doing enough, but the coaches and managers are doing nothing to stop the rot.

To not lay blame at his door is ignoring the very real fact that it is his job to raise the performance level of these players through tactical shifts and structured training.
