It’s wonderful as an escape, but it can also be an echo chamber for us… terrible people are still saying terrible things, just elsewhere.

😑 it makes me so disappointed in humanity when I see people faking & taking advantage of the few benefits of being disabled. It also sucks when we really require assistance really really bad, but all the spots are taken because so many people are pretending to be disabled at the airport.

“Fun” fact, swearing helps deal with pain. I forget the exact science behind the study, but long before this study I was recovering from spinal cord surgery and I noticed I would use the same swears in pain & it helped.

Because of my weird history I used to do like big brother advice and listening for cancer and sps patients. I like to think i helped people thru hard times.
Am I weird thinking that putting security cameras in your bedroom is weird/ sketchy? Even if it’s 100% just for security, 1 person accesses it and can see a lot you don’t want seen.
