I finished the first clue of the MKAL by Stephen West. This year called MusiKAL.

The premise is that I know it'll be a shawl, but not what it'll look like and I get a new clue once a week for four weeks.🧶

Yes please sell this! It is gorgous🤗. I know some complain that etsy takes to big a cut. I personally buy on Ravelry, bc I collect my patterns in the same library, which makes it easy to look through and find patterns for my yarn.
Big designers like Stephen West also use Ravelry (among other things)

Planning on going through my yarnstash today and finding my yarn for this years Stephen West MKAL🧶.

Getting ready for @westknits MKAL 2025 Musikal🤗.
This is going to be my fourth mystery knit along shawl.
I get one piece of the pattern every week for four weeks and I don't know what the final shawl will look like
I'll be knitting it at the same time as thousands of other knitters around the world🧶

I went to Sicily for about two weeks. It's my second time and I still love it. It's so beautiful☀️.

Last night I went to drag bingo.
It was so much fun🤗.
Although I sometimes forgot to listen for the bingo numbers, because I was laughing at their comedy jokes😃.
So I didn't win any of the prizes😆

Right?🤗 Once I was knitting on a train and a lady said to her friend that she quickly got bored with knitting, because it was just a lot of knit and purl.
And I thought to myself that she gave up too soon, before she discovered all the beautiful patterns🤗

I got a guided tour of Aarhus city hall today. Such an interesting history.
In the 2nd pic you can see the artists signature painted in flowers. But it is also painted in blue and red to honor the Royal Air Force.
This is where people get married at city hall and they had 16 weddings today👰‍♂️🤵

Knitting a pair of babypants for a friend who's just had a baby.
I'm using yarn scraps, because my stash is getting too big.
I'm knitting fast, because I also knitted a babysweater size 7 monts. But even though he's a newborn, he is a big baby, so I need get it sent, before he's too big for it😄🧶.

I went to my local movie theater today and watched the second movie in a Norweigan triology.
Today I watched Love.
It was good and thought provoking.

I also had a little time to knit before the movie
It's the Split pattern by Filcolana.

I'm knitting a baby blanket. It's mostly as a stashbuster and to practice patterns for a sweater design I have in mind. 🧶🪢

I went to see the garden in Hune the other day. It's a huge garden with lots of colours, flowers, sculptures, ceramics and so much more.
Anne Just and Claus Bonderup made the garden. She was among many things a painter and Claus was an architect.

My favorite coffee place in the summer, is the Apple garden. Don't know where the name comes from, because I haven't seen any appletrees ☀️🤔🍎🌳☕️

Enjoying the summer sun☀️.
As a good scandinavian I feel compelled to be out when the sun is finally out😁.

I love this colourway from ladybugyarn, so I have started winding it up, even though I have not decided which project to use it for yet🧶.
It has a sublte silver shimmer effect that's hard to capture in a photo, but is very beautiful🌟

I mean I did buy raincloths and I'm remembering to wear it...but I've found shelter hoping it will stop soon⛈️.
And thinking it's good it didn't rain like this yesterday when the royals, top politician from DK and other countries road around Aarhus because DK is taking over the EU presidency.

Today is a cozy day with winding silkmohair, knitting and a nice walk followed by banana break and ice coffee.

It also means I have started yet another sweater and I've started using the stash I bought when my favorite yarnstore closed.

I finished the horse sweater and the little bear sweaters for my nieces.
I found the horse sweater in a ladies magasin. I used the same patter for the little bear sweater, but chose my own doodles from pacificos doodle book and placed the differently🧶.

I went to an event during literaturexchange called yarn and poetry.
Two brave young women in their 20's read some of their vulnerable poetry.
Then the colourful partners Yarn and glitter talked about using your scrapyarn and knitting community.
It was a well spent afternoon😊🧶.
