There is definitely the feel of gesturing towards copyright or 'plagiarism' to protect something else. I think there is some work about social norms around restaurants chefs use of other recipes but it slips my mind? I wonder, are there norms for celebrity or influencers?

Depressing results for Australian researchers from our main funding scheme for Humanities and Creative Arts (incl. Law).
In 2021 total of 9 Law projects funded. 2023 it’s only 5 in the whole country.
