I cant remember exactly (its been a week which is an eternity in streamer time) but most "fast" units are 16 speed and most slow are around 7ish. With the turret lineup in mind I park all of my high speeds literally all the way back, and the slow speeds 7ish "squares" in front of them

The turrets kind of encourage you to park your stuff further back so by the time the enemy gets to you your units would reach where your turrets are so they act like an amplifier instead of a defense. Idk if thats meta but it feels right to me
