Our qualifying could have been better, and I think that we had the potential to be in the top 5 today. The car ahead of me slowed down before turn 15 on my final lap, so I couldn’t build enough of a gap and started the lap too close to him.

I’m really happy to be up here in the top three alongside Charles, it’s a great result for the team and one they truly deserve. We haven’t brought any upgrades this weekend, so the focus has been on improving our processes and extracting everything we can from the car.

It was a really difficult race, unfortunately, a reflection of the whole weekend. Right from Friday, we struggled to find the right feeling with the car and we never managed to put everything together in the way we would have wanted.

It has been a challenging couple of days but there were definitely some positives to take. I’ve felt good in the car all weekend and we had a strong final third of the race. The Softs gave us great attacking pace and meant I could close down a big gap to the cars ahead,
