Update: it's still in the regional news, now growing fakes around it. We checked and pr team made a normal sculpture of the actor a year ago and got no media interest. This year they tried a meme, it seems. However they could mention it before comm, what if A is sensitive to public backlash?

A made a humorous sculpture for the movie... But turned out it was used for a prank and put in front of actor's home...now her sculpture is in all news and people are furious and laughing (thankfully prankers didn't mention her name). It was intended to be funny, but I ask her to screenshot

Forgot to mention! We went to a paleontology museum a week ago and yesterday visited a friend with cooking party and made 1. Meat pie 2. Cinnamon rolls 3. Carrot cake with frosting 4. Japanese flan. We are overworked these weeks so needed some reboot from time to time.

So much has happened during the last two weeks. We did a hilarious sculpture, washed a flat many times of styrofoam particles, now for this week A is doing costumes designing for a christmas play. I'm doing comms as much as I can because we really should enter the year with a positive balance.

A is doing a foam sculpture for a movie. Production sent her four packs of foam instead of four sheets. I'm glad she is warm and insulated whilst I'm in a trip.

Yesterday was quite fun Halloween celebration with A's friends. Here you may see host's cat few hours before he stole the evening by salivating and f-ing one of guests shirt. We were wearing Jay and Silent Bob cosplay. I made cocktails.

Oooof it's now time for A to get sick from nerves. Gallbladder issues. She has two days on young artists exhibition ahead, I recall all my hacks of living with gallbladder problems to help her survive these nervous days.

Sometimes good things are happening without our input, today we got our water clean (we lived with sewers smelling water for 1,5 years, now they changed pipes under the building), my ears healed themselves and I had nice dreams. Wish there will be more pleasant surprises.

Last roses of the season from my mother's garden

Today I allowed myself to have a completely free day of relaxation. We went to thermae ($10 per 2 hours), ate pizza and didn't bother with wet heads and took taxi. Sometimes I feel down and only later realize that I haven't been (properly) outside for many days. It's good to enjoy life.

Everything is going ok. I'm working, Arina is doing her project. Cat Alice will have a treatment back in my hometown with parents. Weather is November-ish, so we'll go to thermae on a week. I try not to read news because all together it may break me.

I have a plan to check up her health tomorrow and if it's ok, I'll take her to the surgery on my next visit here.

I saw news and glad I didn't try to make bluesky into my new gallery and focused on ao3 instead. I post sfw previews on social media with links to ao3. Really hope no new laws in america will break ao3's legal team.

It's difficult to choose for her, especially while I'm not living with her and parents are sabotaging anything health-related even if it's me who pays.

It's not a call for money. Thankfully I'm living in a place where I can afford vet care. It's more a sad realisation how stressful were past few months. I do everything I can to fix it. Work endlessly, pay extra attention, call to places to deal with all issues. But I can't control aging of my cat.

That's Alice. She is 19yo. She has a rotting tooth and her pose is showing moderate pain for few months. Extracting it under sedation may kill her. I should take this risk and it's breaking my heart for quite a long time. I tell myself and parents that she lived a good life of 100 human years.
