Would you recommend it as an entry point? I listened to the Besties and Postgames episodes about it recently and have been mulling it over.
For starters, she'd probably take her kidnapping as an opportunity to use Nicole to hack Metal Sonic. The close proximity would allow Nicole to start working her magic on Metal Sonic's circuitry. I don't think this would change anything we see in the *game*, but it would plant some fun story seeds.
So how does Sonic CD change if we swap Amy Rose out for Sally
The original manual for the United States said it was Sally instead of Amy, so... what changes about the story then
Yes, this is a dumb idea, but I don't care (1/2)
EP 4 OUT NOW! We’re off to Holowood, where we meet a young ship of the staaahs. Shae and GOOD_E find the perfect/most depressing place to lay low. Zap Zop gets discovered! And you’ll never guess who kicks Derf’s bucket this time. Never meet your heroes! 🌟 💫

Fun is Infinite.
I like that they look a little more confident of themselves in the second shot. Like they've gotten more comfortable as characters over time.
In City of Heroes I just got the 1500th badge, and am more pleased with myself than I should be about being able to open my character's Info window in the brief moment or so before the game automatically gave me the 1501st badge (the badge for getting 1500 badges).

One of the (many) things I love about Klingons is that that deal in *weird* sciences. It's subtle, but they've always got these weird technologies on hand that feel like they belong to a different set of science rules than the Vulcans or Federation follow.
I'm excited
Happy Book Day to @griffinmcelroy.bsky.social!
Everybody go buy The Stowaway, which is a Choose Your Own Adventure Book, which is the objectively best kind of book
(this is an affiliate link; we get some money too if you use it, but it doesn't come out of Griffin's cut so don't worry about it)
COMIC: Fermat's Theorem
This thread is embarrassing and displays a wild misunderstanding of how this tech works, resulting in work that legitimizes what it seeks to criticize
In short: stop asking chatbots to comment on geopolitics (or anything, really) you credulous rubes
So sorry :-( You did the right thing, but that's rough
Psssst, #chaotixcasefiles listeners, don't forget to use the #spoilers hashtag when talking about the new the stuff!

Man, the custom table felts @skunkapegames.com made for Tycho in the new Poker Night At The Inventory really made me smile. The deep cut On The Rain-Slick Precipice Of Darkness one got me deep down.
checked cnn and was briefly convinced that dr breen is a senior iranian diplomat

Happy women's day if you're a woman
if you're not there's always next year
Over the holidays I played Legos with my 4-year-old nephew and I watched him round up all the sparkly crystalline bricks while whispering to himself “Beautiful. Beautiful. Only beautiful things” and this has become a permanent part of my lexicon
Been thinking more about this because I usually /like/ friction in my games. Games should make people have a bad time more often.
The problem isn't the friction, it's the fact that it's meaningless. It's mean and capricious friction, not pointed and considered friction.
Ashlyn does a great job here
Have you seen HOPPERS yet? I'm not saying it'll help, but like, you might feel seen
There are two types of entries in my Notes app
Therapist suggesting journaling about my ideal self, and wow I don't know if I'm up to that level of self-aggrandizement yet
(Which is the whole point, of course, but still)

move slow and repair things
I started crying during this. But not for reasons I expected going in.
Always love seeing that Sonic Spinball "shaking myself off" animation. I love that Mania worked that in
Got mixed feelings about it.
Ten years ago I would've been pumped. ...dunno now.
