Often find music biopics hit and miss but I really enjoyed A Complete Unknown. Really engaging throughout with some terrific musical performances. The cast are brilliant across the board, led by the fantastic Chalamet.

Opening night of the Foyle Film Festival featured an advanced screening of We Live in Time.

A sad yet rewarding tale led by outstanding performances from Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh.

Well worth checking out when it officially opens in January.

Started The Day of the Jackal. Solid first episode. Had misgivings about the casting of Eddie Redmayne but he impressed. Opening sequence fantastic.

Genuinely depressing that hundreds of millions of dollars are being spent, and will continue to be spent, on lazy sequel/reboots. Tired of It.
