The only turn based games I play regularly are under the SMT umbrella so I am very thankful about its casual pace. I’m finishing up Altin atm and can’t wait to see where the story goes!
I’ve been playing Golden Sun for the first time this week. So far it’s an excellent starter jrpg and I’m glad to play as Issac rather than dealing with the assist trophy in Smash Bros
I think my BiL used this model to practice posing at one point because, uh, having the tyranid facing the wrong way is a choice.

Felt 😭 painting for other people to judge has been miserable.
A pink undertone is definitely the way I’m going forward for yellow. I use GW’s grey seer primer exclusively so I always have to fight a slight blue tint when I’m using thinner paints. And thanks for the rec! I’ve bitten off more than I can chew with this and need as much help that I can get

I really appreciate it! Luckily the paint came off without stripping the primer so there’s at least that going in my corner
My problem was that the primary colors I needed to achieve blindly bright oldhammer saturation was impossible to mix, but I’m always looking for new techniques if you’d like to share your wisdom!
Ended up stripping the horsies after two days smashing my head against the wall. Painting hasn’t been clicking for a couple weeks so hopefully the new paints I rage purchased work

I’ve been sitting on this scout for a long time. While looking for inspiration I skimmed through the Sacred Texts (3rd edition rulebook) and found one painted by the legend Ben Jefferson. Imperial Fists it is!
That’s even more impressive! I guess they’d be stepping on Fatal Frame’s gimmick if they had one
