One of my favorite details about following Deadlock's development is that despite it already being a stellar game in a league of its own when it comes to art, voice and characters, you have to get your patch notes from a guy posting as Yoshi in what looks like a forum board from 2006.

I came to Deadlock for its cast of TF2-style cartoony freak misfits. I already mourn McGinnis's old design and I pray that they don't change Vyper into some traditionally-pretty snake woman.

I hope 4/6s of the new batch of characters looking like disney princesses isn't gonna become the trend.
