Overall:
Honda is stronger. Honda is a good character. But these changes did nothing to really change the problem matchups which if anything got harder (ie fireball characters; ryu, chun, aki etc) so I don't see Honda getting much better results in tournaments. Still happy though :)

3. OD Teppo Triple Slap is great now, used to have people mash jab on you and win now they can't. Cheaper way to get a mixup than drive rush cancel.
4. Oicho throw being faster is great, OD Oicho punish on drive reversal is so nice.

I'll chuck my S2.5 Honda thoughts here:
1. 5HP change is straight up a buff to 5MP hitconfirm footsies gameplay. Makes 5MP stronger than prior, spam that button in neutral even more.
2. Normal Teppo Triple Slap change is nice, but not amazing. Still not much reward on hit, still bad against jump.
