The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is a statewide collaborative membership organization committed to ending intimate partner violence and all forms of violence and oppression.
The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence said while it “is grateful for a loan...a 4.5% interest rate would significantly hurt programs.”
They said the loan would result in around $260,000 in interest that it would be required to pay.

Court Blocks Trump-Vance Administration’s Unlawful Restrictions on Violence Against Women Act Grants “As long as this administration seeks to prevent us from serving vulnerable people, PCADV will continue to raise our collective voices."
A federal court today issued a preliminary order blocking the Trump-Vance administration from enforcing many of the new unlawful restrictions on grants from the Office on Violence Against Women.
