Because there is no centralized leadership for the boycott
There are a few groups that organized that may or may not have leaders, but the majority of consumers who chose to boycott did so in a decentralized way

Target was my first job as well, and I built a really nice 7 year career before I moved on with generally positive feelings. I met my spouse there. A lot of my friends were coworkers first.

I have spent $20 total since mid Jan last year, and unless they make HUGE amends, I have no interest.
