Sativa tends to be the higher thc stuff, indica is usually higher in cbd. Youd want more cbd, as it tends to relieve pain and anxiety, something high in thc will tend towards giving you a head high (which is very likely to make your mania worse).Tldr; if you don’t know you’re probably better off not

I am! It depends on the strain of weed. If it’s sativa it will absolutely make your mania worse. If it’s indica, it’s probably okay. If it’s a hybrid it’s kind of up in the air though. That’s just from my own experience.
