Kind of a weird, numb sad today

My mom passed away earlier-

We had a weird relationship I cant explain, I am sad with how things ended up and some of the choices she made and bad cards she was dealt in life. I wish things couldve been different. Hopefully shes in a better place, not suffering here

Started the gym at the end of December with my partner, I could literally only bench the bar itself (45 lbs) 😅

Ive been keeping up multiple times a week, and now I am benching 85! Its still not impressive, but its a huge improvement for me :3

Tldr; I smell amazing after the gym 😤
