Trump & Bessent sent $40B to Argentina because Bessent's hedge fund buddies bought Argentine bonds at the end of 2024. Now when it looks like Melie go down, they're losing their shirts. This is a hedge fund manager bailout. Not an Argentina bailout. And certainly not a soybean farmer bailout.

The reason Trump and Bessent are sending $40 billion to Argentina is because some of Bessent's hedge fund buddies bought Argentine bonds and they stood to lose their yachts and p.j.s

I thought all that tariff money was going to reduce the deficit. So now Trump is taxing businesses who import anything from another country & using that money collected, which is taxpayer money, to subsidize farmers, who still have millions of bushels of soybeans rotting in their siloes & no market.

This is false as a matter of law, but it’s also useful as an admission that Republicans are perfectly happy with the government shutdown and will use it as a pretext to harm more Americans.

If farmers can just be patient, let your crops rot in silos, not pay your debts or loans you took out for inputs & seed in the spring, if you're family can go on SNAP and Medicaid--oops, wait, no--if you can manage not to sell off your generational family farm through spring, all will be well.

1) Find where they publicly said Dems want healthcare for illegals [sic] and--in the most aggrieved voice possible--berate them for claiming their constituents who rely on ACA are not real Americans.

‘Member that time when Dems voted to pass the CR to prevent a shutdown thinking it would stop Trump, Musk’s DOGE and some dude named “Big Balls” from ripping apart our federal agencies and firing government employees.
