You will never regret taking care of her. I took care of two parents who had Alzheimer’s disease. The blessing was that I learned to enjoy the smallest of things we did together, like having a cup of coffee together. May you find joy in life’s simple moments together.

Shhhh! Don’t tell anyone about Buffalo. I left my house at 4:00 am today to travel to Colorado. The airport was mobbed being it is a long weekend for MLK day. I got through baggage, and security by 4:30. Security was staffed to the max.
Wegman’s should be giving us a discount to checkout our groceries- all of the other places too!
What are you doing for self care on Monday?
I’m hitting the slopes and definitely not looking at the TV. Hoping for some blue skies too! Bluebird days are my favorite.
