Weirdly you have to put windows in 59 hz mode instead of 60 or the picture is scrambled. Why would that be ??

I got mine from CD Japan , super fast shipping and it was the lowest price I could find for the Japanese switch version . Yeah see if they still have any , I bet they do . The history book is pretty nice, will be a while before I could read the whole thing LOL
