What's the deal with screaming skull? Ever pot I get gets little annoying paint pebbles that end up on my minis, I have to go back and pick them off and try to smooth things out.

I have only ever painted 1 Eldar before but it was one of my favourites.
Really tempted by these new sculpts but would like to get more like this one. Love the cape and armour. the whole fantasy/sci fi combination fits me nicely.
