Just read My Dad Fights Demons and it is a mix of really stupid (complimentary, think Beavis and butthead) and meta clever (I could quote panels at you all day but cba to do the required alt text so take my word from it, intertextual/multimedia cultural commentary abounds. Highly recommend!
