First, let's establish a baseline for the amount of water the average adult drinks in a day.

Climate, body size, sex, and physical activity levels can cause some people to require more or less water a day. (Hell, I should probably be drinking more water while I'm writing this.)

These people are literally starving Americans, more than doubling healthcare premiums for everyone, robbing the country blind, trying to resegregate the country, and ethnic cleansing all the minorities.

This is definitely my experience, too. It took me a long time to unknot internalized shame about myself. Beliefs of belonging nowhere.
