IN ONE WEEK: Join us for Tabletop Bookshelf's Grand Opening! We've got a packed schedule with an open house, creator Q&As, and demos of Daggerheart, The Wildsea, and Perils & Princesses. We can't wait to see you there! (Poster art by @outridercreative.bsky.social)
omg genius
it does make an insane sound but the Texture, oof
it's so gorgeous
I've never got a sealant to work without leaving weird speckles, & I'm using mostly this weird mystery paper from my friends attic so I'd be too worried to try (hopefully I can just keep it all nice until I take photos)
so charcoal is gorgeous to work with but everything in the bedroom/studio is covered in it and I can't put the drawings away cause they will get smudged up & this is going to only become more of a problem
Poetry in TTRPG should exist.
However uncomfortable, rough, personal and not 'table-ready' at the slightest, TTRPGs are too vast to simply straightjacket them into _utterly functional_ as it seems to be a preference these days.
Even if it isn't immediately useful, it must exist for its own sake.
I am on board 100%
(ps this is a good essay you should read it)
I know that Dimetrodon is not technically a dinosaur but childhood me did not and that's who gets to pick
thank you!

My Name is Shingo is one of my favorite works of fiction.
The world is a daisy-chain system-of-systems universe. Invisible infrastructures that exist to hide handmade origins, simultaneously playing at being us, for us.
Like any child, it learns it will die someday and screams.
A new link-collecting newsletter has dropped. It's really good. I like that it includes @elmc.at's projects, I'm especially interested in their more robust webring idea.

This piece took more planning and architectural thoughtfulness than normal, I'm still very pleased with how it came out though.
