I also have a vague recollection of the game's job list telling you the full reward amount just to split it in half to give to the guild when you finished it. Was it a lesson in taxes? Maybe gently encouraging kids' brains to work a little bit of math subconsiously?

Does anyone have any fun pokemon Mystery Dungeon memories? I remember as a kid doing one job per outing, but finding the game a whole lot more fun in my late teens being ultra-efficient with 3-5 jobs per outing, but with the risk of fainting and losing EVERYTHING
