In 2000 almost 90% of Denmark's electricity was from fossil fuels.
In 2024 less than 10% of Danish electricity was from fossil fuels.
En ting jeg er ekstremt lei av er påstanden om at man må skjerme oljenæringa fordi det er mange arbeidsplasser. Alle som har sett seriøst på norsk omstilling vet at det er hoder og hender som trengs i andre næringer om vi skal ha et lavutslippssamfunn. Omstillingsplan er det som gir forutsigbarhet.
Det er noko fascinerande at ein politikk som:
a) gjer norsk økonomi avhengig av olje lengre fram i tid enn naudsynt og kanaliserer innovasjon og investeringar ned ein blindveg, og
b) er med på å akselerere den mest alvorlege krisa vi står ovanfor
blir rekna som “ansvarleg”.
