For the record, she was complaining about our accessibility ramp leading into the store being used by someone in a wheelchair and apparently the major inconvenience of other people existing forced her to wait a whole 30 seconds before she could enter the store.

I don't feel like even playing the game anymore at this point. For the price of the console plus the 80 bucks they charge for the game that experience should be smoother - instead it felt like using a PC and I thought the allure of consoles was ease of use?!

Btw that was after having to log in to my Sony account again - which I forgot the password of so I had to look that up in my password manager. Then I log in and it wants me to enter a verification code it naturally never texted to me so I had to fuck with that.
