American politics feels painfully divided now. Thatโ€™s why moments like this matter โ€” seeing President George W. Bush show respect to Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi. It reminds me it wasnโ€™t always this way. We can go back, and do better, if we choose the right path together, again.

Setbacks donโ€™t erase momentum. Democrats proved once again that organization, turnout, and values still matter. This victory isnโ€™t an endpoint โ€” itโ€™s a signal. The future elections are still open, still winnable, and still worth fighting for. Hope doesnโ€™t disappear. It reorganizes.

When the Epstein file drops, names show up everywhere. One name isnโ€™t on the list at all: President Biden ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ’™

Itโ€™s deeply painful when one country is your homeland and another is the place you truly feel you belong to, and the two end up at war. Seeing that unfold is heartbreaking. For anyone who follows politics or lives between two worlds, itโ€™s one of the hardest situations to face

Thanks a lot,I really appreciate you looking out for me. Just so you know, as a Persian American I really only have Iran and the U.S My whole family is in the States. Anywhere else Iโ€™d be a stranger.I hope I can get back to the U.S soon. For now, where I am in Iran is away from direct war risks

Iโ€™m just a regular Persian American, and I get how messy politics can be. I was in Iran during the 12-day war and Iโ€™m still here now.I canโ€™t make it back to the U.S yet and the risk of another conflict feels very real.Nothing hits harder than watching two places you both call home collide like this!

I hear you. I still think once Trump is gone, MAGA wonโ€™t really have strong leadership, and the old Bush-era neocons will slide back in. That could go either way good or bad and honestly it all comes down to how Democrats handle it.

During the 12 day war, I was in Iran. Sometimes you reach a point where life and death donโ€™t feel that different anymore. Even though I was far from the fighting, I wasnโ€™t scared of dying. What really hurts is knowing this happened between two countries I both call home

Thanks for commenting, I really appreciate it. Just for context, Iโ€™m a Persian American and Iโ€™m currently in Iran. Iโ€™m trying to get back to the U.S. as soon as I can, so the risk of war feels very real to me. I was in Iran during the 12 day conflict too!!!

I think the Republican Party has completely drifted away from what it used to be.What weโ€™re seeing right now doesnโ€™t even feel like the Republican Party anymore, and thatโ€™s pretty unfortunate

Trumpโ€™s second-term cabinet has been a total disaster. The first one, for all its flaws, was at least more serious and somewhat functional. Iโ€™m really just hoping these last three painful years go by fast.

24.12.2025 03:14 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 2    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Just to be clear, I think Trump made a lot of really bad calls and wiped out much of what Biden achieved. Heโ€™ll definitely be remembered as one of the more damaging presidents. My point was simply that a J.D. Vance presidency wouldnโ€™t make things any better either

I see Rubio as a neocon. He might be the only person from Trumpโ€™s orbit who could realistically keep that kind of policy going, but that doesnโ€™t mean I support him at all. I actually disagree with him on most things.

24.12.2025 03:11 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I think thereโ€™s a bit of a mix-up here. Iโ€™m a Democrat and Iโ€™m definitely not defending Trump. All I meant was that I donโ€™t want J.D. Vance becoming president, because I think that actually makes winning in 2028 harder. Thatโ€™s it, nothing more!!!

I think MAGA Republicans fade away after Trump. But thatโ€™s not really good news. Neocons will step back in, and theyโ€™re way tougher to deal with. They know how to win over voters much more easily than MAGA ever did.

24.12.2025 03:06 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Iโ€™m honestly with you on this. Once Trump is out of the picture, the neocons with the old Bush-era mindset will be back. And letโ€™s be real theyโ€™re much better at sidelining MAGA. Democrats should be careful: neocons are harder to beat than MAGA Republicans!!!

I hope President Trump finishes his term. I just donโ€™t feel comfortable with J.D. Vance becoming president. Itโ€™s not about drama or hate I simply prefer stability and a direction I trust more.

Garland,AG under President Biden, is widely disliked by Americans under pressure. He points to โ€œnormsโ€ to justify dragging his feet on President Trump, and many believe he boxed in Jack Smith. But those norms were already broken when McConnell refused to move Garlandโ€™s Court nomination under Obama.

I honestly donโ€™t think Harris had a real shot at winning. Biden should have stayed in the race, won, and then stepped aside afterward. That would have put Harris in a much stronger position to take over.

Biden was pushed aside unfairly. I honestly believe he could have beaten Trump, and at no point did I doubt that he would win in the end.
