Some clients are in relationship and feel guilt for coming to see me. They have not told their partner. I tell my clients: coming to see me is a personal sexual health matter and they are not required to disclose this to anyone. I want them to feel its OK to do this work.

I like to give my clients homework that is fun, adventurous and pleasurable and that builds more ease and comfort in actually accessing healthy sex and intimacy. Today I asked one client to look for an opportunity to talk to a friend about the topic of sex in a sincere way. Talk more sex!
