Ahhh finally Sunday morning. French press coffee, a nice breakfast and a sourdough class at 1 pm!! Going to be a great day in dark times.

I am in the same boat with my mother.

Attending a sourdough class tomorrow at the local botanical center. I’m quite excited for this class. It’s been sold out all summer and I finally managed to get a spot. Can’t wait to make good sourdough bread and baked goods. I made a starter once but had no idea what I was doing.

Ecuador has a good program though. Its league teams perform well in Copa Libertadores and have even won. They have performed exceptionally well in World Cup qualifying.

Went antiquing in Walnut, Iowa today on the way home from an overnight trip.
Extremely overpriced. Nest stuff but I didn’t buy anything. No salt and pepper shaker is worth $75 no matter how cool it is.
