Lisa - a GMHF story Lisa is living an independent life, thanks to the support of the partnership

Lisa ended up in prison and estranged from her children. But thanks to support from her Greater Manchester Housing First worker, and the wider partnership, she now has her own home and is now working to control her anxiety and live an independent life.
