1/2 cup Greek yogurt (whatever %)
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp sweet soy or Eel sauce
1 tsp warm water
Mix.
Put on top of your dry ground meat you made for meal prep, thank me later.

So I kinda created an infinite recipe book you might like! I even added a D20 mechanic so you can just roll for your recipes.
Removes the thinking from it all. But alas, you will still have to cook.
Okay hear me out. Cut up 2 strips of thick bacon then render it down in a sauce pot. Once it's rendered, discard the fat.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice and 4 cups of chicken stock. Cook and whisk to make congee. The remnants of the bacon fat emulsifies the congee and makes it super creamy.
