On Victoria Stilwell : I don't know what she's up to these days but her older videos are NOT GREAT - I know she came back on a lot of them to explain why her practices were more aversive than we thought when the episodes were made. She's a queen for that tbh.

I also cannot overstate how important this is : Learn about less known signs of pain and discomfort. Most dogs I know with behaviour issues have some sort of underlying health problem.

I always go to other professionnals for my own dogs. There's so much you can miss when you're emotionally invested (and exhausted, tbh)

Had a long call with Neos' behaviourist today to see if there was anything I was missing in how we can help him feel more at ease at home

We've got some pointers regarding which molecules we want to go for first and will be booking with a nutritionnist when we can afford it

(I've been asked in DMs once or twice but I'm happy to recommend more specific accounts / resources on given topics when I can)

We have a still 'young' (8) but chronically ill japanese spitz. We wouldn't trade that life for the world - it's HARD. Don't forget to plan times for yourself / delegate if you can. A good headspace means better care for him.
