Upcycled notebooks from children's books.

I've been making these fun notebooks to give to my teachers at the start of the school year! I'm a school librarian and I give them away if they attend my library orientation. It warms my heart when I see them being used in staff meetings.

Love this read & its message. Wholeheartedly agree w the mutualistic relationship between reading/librarianship & music/music programs. 📚🎵

#TLSky, any of you have ideas or examples of collabs you’ve done with chorus, orchestra, or band classes? Would love to hear them! #TLSkyChat #SchoolLibrarian

Book bans impact public libraries & bookstores, but it’s school libraries where they are rampant ❤️‍🩹

Many kids are unable to make it to the public library. They can’t drive, often times the library isn’t in walking distance. It’s not that their grown-ups don’t want them to be library kids.

Hand drawn cover of a student created book. Title is "Baloney and Friends Do Not Get Dirty". Back cover of a student created book. Why I wrote this book is because I love reading and the original book Baloney and Friends I loved because how Peanut is so kind to Baloney and that is what I feel like when I'm with my friends. So that is why I want it to write a book. Book. Two coming up Baloney and Friends a Helping Hand. Cool! Wow! Awesome!

Authors and illustrators - never forget that you have an influence over the future generation. An ode to Baloney by a 3rd grade student in Littleton, CO. @gregpizzoli.bsky.social
