we were contracted with SPECIALITY COURTS IN DALLAS COUNTY. we provided MAT services! what do you think it was like for people who kept being

now consider the fact that this provider was contracted with NTBHA (north texas behavioral health authority) and had contracts with Dallas County. we saw a LOT of clients that were on probation. who needed assessments completed to be enrolled into treatment that was REQUIRED by probation.

they scheduled 70+ people a day. i could get through an assessment in 45 minutes but the rest of my team? took them no less then 1 hour 30 minutes. i would sometimes see 10 people a day. but that wasn’t enough to them and i started to be targeted towards the end when i was in management

providing telehealth services. patient care was no longer prioritized, instead how many appointments we could fit in in one day was more important. mass rescheduling on a daily basis because there were too many people to be seen to providers.

i was on the assessment team. there were 6? of us. but

unfortunately this isn’t surprising.
i used to work for a non-profit in downtown dallas that commits quite a bit of fraud themselves but they’re still open.
