I got cooking burns on my hand yesterday… the scars are gonna last a year or so 😔 lasted a good 1-2 years without any cooking burns… never safe

Where did I put my hairbrush wtf… I’m just hardcore combing with my fingers while I apply hair products instead rn but I legit can’t remember where…

My mom hurt her foot so I’ve been cooking her daily meals and stuff. It’s kinda hard because I want to make her healthy stuff but I don’t eat healthy so it’s yolo cooking 😬 and then there’s my dad who keeps buying & offering her unhealthy food 🫩

I usually finish doing all my taxes by the end of Jan cuz I want to be done with it but this year I feel like I’m gonna be dragging 💀 just let me file state taxes twice or something man

Which makes me curious… is there anyone else who sets the temperature to Fahrenheit for summer and Celsius for winter? I think it’s just easier to tell the “fcking hot/cold” points that way lol…

I was looking through this idek what you call it… chain of qrts? And Horikoshi is actually just so good at drawing different ages of a character. Like how the facial structure actually grows up and changes while keeping the base?

but the final season did really well in incorporating little extra stuff (along with extra info that was in the final fan book), the emotional scenes were done really well for once, the art followed Hori’s art style a lot more, good stuff!

That being said, I really recommend the last season of MHA! The previous seasons tbh don’t add much to the manga so it was kinda “well, it’s nice hearing the voice acting but that’s about it, there’s no other reason to watch the anime if you’ve read the manga”

If some dubbing studio can provide interviews to show they do something similar to 1&2 so they get the intended nuanced acting, I’m willing to give their dubs a try but until then idk. I don’t think any dub cast will understand characters to their core as much as the original ones

3. This was in a separate Twitter post but some scenes are animated to completion after the VAs record their scenes like Deku’s excited tapestry scream so it just naturally fits the voices more.

1. He wasn’t sure what Bakugo was trying to say during the hospital crying scene so he asked Hori directly and got the answer lmao. It’s something most people didn’t even expect which was smth like “what the fck”, very different from what most people & translators thought it was

Read Nobu’s interview about voicing Bakugo and tbh it just cements my feelings on how the dubs will never be as good as the original voice due to a few reasons…

I find it really stupid how the western MHA fanbase gets so heated about the shipping crap and then there’s the JP VAs talking about how the three of them (Deku & Ochako + Bakugo’s) had a serious discussion on how to act out the crying scene without it coming off as romance 🫩

Me when I’m listening to MHA radio and the VAs & director have the same interpretation of a scene as me

I mean I can understand that since it’s kind of a story where you only understand the full meaning behind scenes once it’s completed 😔 and Deku is a character that talks & changes through other characters… it’s fun for me cuz I love analyzing & can read Japanese but I can’t with many western fans 😬

Final season of MHA has been pretty good so far ☺️ I was a little worried cuz MHA isn’t like a just animate crazy fights show… it’s more mental/thought based which needs more thought put into it to be good. I’m glad they’re making scenes easy-mode to understand for the illiterate fans too 😌
