I started out learning Beatles and CCR. There are some tricky ones but you'll develop basic skills and go from there.
If there's anything you are keen to learn, it's probably on the Internet!
I've been playing since 1982 (check my pinned post). Was paid to sing & play in bars. Bars taught me that I play guitar for myself. Decide why you want to play. If you can make money any other way, do it.
Advice? Pick a band you like, internet the chords, strum along.
Lead guitar? I can't help. 😎

Luckily, alien slugs that take over human bodies don't know anything about being social, verbal communication, or dating. If they mastered one of these things they would be ahead of the curve and would actually be viable dates to events & gatherings!
