If so, could DoJ in 2021-24 have ordered judges to violate "federal law" and release the Epstein-related materials of Maxwell's ongoing cases?
Afaik, DoJ only released some Epstein files in Jan. 2024 because a Florida judge couldn't unseal previous FBI stuff before Congress approved the transparency act.
Could DoJ order the release materials used to prosecute Maxwell since March 2021, before SCOTUS denied her appeal in Oct. 2025?
