I can't imagine. when the judge introduced the members of the court, she concluded with a list of witnesses who would be testifying & they were all prosecution witnesses. no one for the defendant. if your ex-husband would be on the fence about it, then ex is the right status for him.

Clear Creek is the primary source of water for Whiskeytown Lake. it begins high up in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest about half way between Hwy 3 & Hwy 5. its headwaters start due east from Trinity Center, CA which is on the west side of Trinity Lake. Whiskeytown Lake is the boundary between Upper Clear Creek & Lower Clear Creek with the gorge area located along Clear Creek Road in SW Redding. low water in the summer makes for great swimming holes through the gorge & is very popular with local residents.
