The artwork of Garou: Mark of the Wolves used most likely for promotional material/extras. Clearly a homage to Enter the Dragon. Usual upscale/clean/retouch process applied. Not sure on the artist but given the art style and time period, I'd say it's a piece by Hiroaki.
